  • Assist in the preparation and processing of purchase orders.
  • Maintain supplier databases and records.
  • Implement in the ERP the required information.
  • Manage documentation related to the purchasing process.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers.
  • Compare quotations and prepare price analysis reports.
  • Analyze market trends and perform comparative studies.
  • Assist in the coordination of shipping and receiving of goods.
  • Supervise the construction and installation of new equipment and systems.
  • Implement process improvements to increase efficiency.
  • Propose improvements in purchasing and supplier management processes.
  • Assist in the implementation of new purchasing tools and technologies.
  • Participate in special projects and tasks assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements
  • Engineering degree, desirable Master’s degree in Administration or Economics.
  • English. French is a plus.
  • Negotiation skills.
  • Willingness to travel.
  • Organization and attention to detail.
  • Proactivity and willingness to learn.
