Functions
- Plan, coordinate and monitor all stages of the project from conception to completion.
- Monitor and control the project budget, ensuring optimization of resources and costs.
- Ensure that all project milestones are achieved on schedule.
- Lead and motivate the work team, promoting an atmosphere of collaboration and efficiency.
- Negotiate and manage contracts with suppliers and subcontractors.
- Planning and implementation of occupational safety measures on the construction site
- Ensure compliance with all applicable safety regulations and legal requirements.
Requirements
- Civil Engineer, Roads Canals and Ports or similar. Eng.
- Management of water treatment projects. Hydraulic infrastructure.
- Minimum 10 years in the development of civil/hydraulic infrastructure projects.
- Minimum 2 as a Project Manager in civil infrastructure projects.
- Project management knowledge and experience.
- Medium-high knowledge of project management software.
- Leadership and team management skills.
- Proactive and problem-solving skills.
- Availability to work on the construction site.
